REGARDING OUR AFFILIATE program

  1. What’s the price of being an affiliate member of Natural Revenue?

    Being our affiliate is completely free! Natural Revenue offers a free registration. We never charge maintenance, management or continuance expenses.

  2. Can anyone become a member of Natural Revenue?

    Yes, anyone can become a member of Natural Revenue. You only have to be 18 or older. Please read our terms and conditions very carefully for further information before signing up.

  3. What websites can be promoted as an Affiliate Member of Natural Revenue?

    From the moment you become an affiliate member of Natural Revenue you can promote all the websites of our products and start making money.

  4. What happens if I have more than one website?

    You can include our links and banners in all the websites you wish. The program will let us know which website the purchase came from. It is not necessary for you to have an account for each website.

  5. What happens if I want to promote the products in different languages?

    That wouldn’t be a problem. In NaturalRevenue.com you will find different products (for women, men, and both). Each one of them has a number of ads in 15 different languages that link it to a website in the same language.

  6. I’m an affiliate member of Natural Revenue. What are my responsibilities?

    The most important thing is to be in touch with us. It is also important that you read and understand the terms and conditions of the affiliate members of Natural Revenue.

  7. Can I sign up regardless of the country I’m in?

    Yes, Natural Revenue accepts member from any part of the world, even though some countries have been experiencing some customs problems when receiving some of our products.

  8. How does Natural Revenue work?

    Natural Revenue is an affiliate program that pays for the advertising of its products from the affiliates’ websites. As a webmaster you will make a commission for each transaction (sale) generated through the banners or links of our products that you insert on your website.

  9. Are these affiliate programs reliable?

    We can’t speak for all the companies that offer this kind of agreement. However, we can guarantee that we are transparent. The most important thing in any commercial relationship is that both parties are benefited. Therefore, our main interest is that our affiliate members obtain the highest possible benefit. This way, they will be happy with our company.

  10. The price of the product and my payment does not match the agreed percentage. How is this possible?

    This can happen for two reasons:
    1.) You must deduct VAT and shipping expenses from the price on the product’s website.
    2.) On a monthly basis, we send our newsletter with special offers and discounts for our customers. These newsletters usually include a discount coupon.

  11. How can I become a mega affiliate member and obtain 50% per sale?

    If you make more than 5 sales a day, please contact your Affiliate Manager and your account will be revised, elevating your percentage.

  12. Use of cookies

    All of our ads collect cookies from the computers of potential customers. We use life time cookies. So, if a potential customer visits your site, but does not make a purchase, the cookie will be used to record any future sale(s) if the customer returns to your site, and you´ll receive that sale´s commission.

  13. What if a user who has clicked on one of my ads clears the cookies from his computer before making a purchase?

    We use an innovative method to track sales. The program saves the client´s IP address for 60 days. Therefore, if the client decides to clear the cookies from his computer, we can track a sale for up to 60 days after their initial visit to your website.

SERVICES WE OFFER

  1. The text ads and banners available in the program do not fit on my website. Is it possible to get customized ads?

    Of course! You must contact your Affiliate Manager and provide all necessary details for a correct design of the ad.

  2. Do I get a commission if the customer makes another purchase? How much can I get?

    Yes, you will get a new commission for each purchase, provided that the customer shops through your affiliate code or while the cookie is valid. In both cases, you will receive the same percentage as usual.

  3. Do I get a commission if I recommend the affiliate program to my coworkers and friends?

    Yes, we offer a “2nd Tier Commission”, which means that you’ll get a 5% of the commissions generated by your sub-affiliate members (those who register in our program thanks to your collaboration).

    In your admin panel you will find an html code called “Tier Linking Code” which includes a link for referrals. Make sure you provide that link to all your referrals. Otherwise, the program won’t recognize this new affiliate member as your sub-affiliate.

  4. Can I use my e-mail as a marketing tool to reach more customers?

    At Natural Revenue we follow an ANTISPAM policy. Therefore, if you want to make some e-mail marketing you have to let us know first and prove the list of e-mails you have belongs to people who actually wish to receive information. Should any affiliate member use the e-mail as a marketing tool without our permission, such affiliate member will be excluded from our affiliate program and his/her account will be closed.

  5. Do I get any credit for placing a link to Natural Revenue products on my website?

    Yes, provided that your affiliate ID is included in the link so that our system can identify it and you can get credit for every sale.

  6. How often are the statistics refreshed?

    Statistics are refreshed in real time.

  7. Do you offer technical service to clear my doubts?

    Yes. We offer technical and commercial service, which will help you clear all your doubts.

  8. Do you provide any help to increase my winnings?

    Yes, our support team will give you some advice to maximize the benefits you obtain from your website.

  9. I’ve forgotten my password. Can I get a new one?

    If you’ve forgotten your password, you must contact our Affiliate Manager. Please include your full name, e-mail and affiliate ID. If you can’t find your affiliate ID, please include your address.

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

  1. How are payments made?

    Today we have two forms of payment: Bank Transfer and Paypal.

    Payments are made every Friday of each week (depending on when we receive your invoice).

    At the end of each month, you will be able to see how much you have accumulated in commissions in your personal account at Natural Revenue. If you have reached a minimum of €100, please send us your invoice* detailing the payment method you prefer. We will send the payment the first or third Friday of each month (depending on the moment we receive your invoice).

    *If for any reason you cannot issue an invoice, please contact our Affiliate Manager to find a solution.

  2. I haven’t received the transfer to my bank account. Why?

    Our bank is located in Spain. All transfers to Spanish banks take around 24-48 hours, whereas transfers to banks outside Spain take 3-10 working days, depending on the country.

  3. I haven’t received the payment on my PayPal account. Why?

    PayPal payments are immediate. If we confirm the payment but you cannot see the funds in your account, please contact us at once. There may have been a mistake regarding the provided e-mail address.

  4. What should I do if I haven’t received my payment?
